In carrying out our aims we:
  • Make comments to the District Council on local planning and development issues
  • Make representation at Public Enquiries where local planning issues are concerned
  • Respond to national and local government consultation papers involving, for example, housing, environmental and transport policies
  • Publish newsletters
  • Arrange annual programmes of events: talks, walks and tours on interesting local themes and issues, given by experts in their fields
